By purchasing, downloading, or using a Kilo Market product, you agree to these terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. Read the product description before ordering. These terms do not remove mandatory consumer rights.

🏷️ License & commercial use

Unless a product listing states otherwise, your purchase grants one buyer a limited, non-exclusive license to use and modify the product in personal or commercial Roblox projects. Kilo Market and its licensors retain ownership of their original assets. You may monetize your finished project; you may not sell or distribute the source pack or template itself.

🚫 No sharing, leaking, or resale

Do not resell, trade, leak, upload, sublicense, or redistribute purchased files, or give others access to buyer-only downloads. Do not claim our original assets as your own creation. Obtain a separate license before distributing source files to collaborators. Playing a published experience that uses the assets is allowed.

🫵 Account & file responsibility

Keep your account and downloads secure. You are responsible for misuse you authorize or cause. Report suspected account compromise promptly so we can help protect access.

💰 Prices, payments & delivery

Prices, supported payment methods, contents, and stock appear in the listing and purchase ticket. Use only payment instructions provided by authorized staff or the bot in your private ticket. PayPal and cryptocurrency payments require staff confirmation. Roblox pass ownership is checked against your linked Roblox account, and each pass entitlement can be redeemed only once per Roblox account. Never share passwords, private keys, or recovery phrases.

📦 Digital products & refunds

Check requirements and compatibility before purchasing. Contact staff in your ticket if a product is missing, defective, or materially different from its description. Change-of-mind refunds after delivery are generally unavailable where lawful. Any legally required cancellation, refund, repair, replacement, or other consumer remedy remains available. Where immediate digital delivery requires your express consent and acknowledgment about withdrawal rights, we will obtain it separately before delivery.

⚠️ Fraud & disputes

We may investigate suspicious payments and contest fraudulent disputes with accurate evidence. Proven fraud or license violations may result in restrictions or revoked access, subject to applicable law. A legitimate payment dispute or exercise of consumer rights is not, by itself, fraud.

📊 Compatibility & results

Products are supplied with the features and compatibility described at purchase. We do not promise revenue, popularity, player counts, or compatibility with every third-party system or future Roblox update. Mandatory warranties and remedies still apply. Support and updates are included only where the listing promises them.

🎫 Credits & third-party assets

Follow any credit instructions stated in the product listing and included license files. Third-party assets remain subject to their respective licenses. You are responsible for the additional material you introduce into your project.

🔓 Enforcement & access

For substantiated license violations, we may restrict further downloads or support where lawful. We may issue appropriate platform reports or copyright notices for unauthorized distribution of material we own or are authorized to protect. Measures will not override mandatory rights.

📉 Roblox & platform decisions

You are responsible for operating your project in accordance with Roblox rules and applicable law. We cannot guarantee that Roblox will approve or continue hosting your project. This does not excuse our responsibility for our own unlawful conduct or a product that breaches mandatory obligations.

🤝 Buyers & minors

You must have legal capacity to purchase or obtain any required parent or guardian consent. Purchasing does not waive protections available to minors or consumers under applicable law.

🔄 Changes & contact

Updated terms apply to future purchases unless you expressly agree otherwise or the law permits a different result. Changes do not retroactively remove rights attached to an existing purchase. Contact the kilodevx or 5P00KY staff roles through a private Kilo Market purchase ticket for questions, support, or complaints.
